MONDAY - Well, last night I started thinking, it had been 2+ days since going again. So, I took a DUCOLAX tablet (laxative). I got a chuckle, cause I'm thinking, "I'm on this colon cleansing diet and here I am taking laxatives too!" But something had to be done!
VIOLA! Woke up and sure enough, had to go. Stool was huge and hard! The Leni Lenape Indians would have been proud to make a canoe out of this sucker! LOL, you gotta have a sense of humor when your talking about going to the bathroom! Anyway, nothing else looked out of the ordinary.

TUESDAY - Nothing! Haven't gone since yesterday morning! This program is supposed to be flushing me out, and I'm finding it hard to even go! My pains med must be affecting this. So, I'm starting back on stool softeners with this therapy and will probably hit a laxative if nothing happens today.
Going ONCE every two days is not what this program promised, finding this quite upsetting, COLONIX does not seem to be working for me anyway!
