Woke up, normal routine per the instructions, and had breakfast. Was ready to leave for work when I got the "urge". Yes, I ended up going to the bathroom. Normal amount, and eventless, but, it is nice to start knowing that I am starting to go as much as others before me have shared. I believe this is really starting to work!
Nothing else happened today! (*sigh*)
