Took my increased dosages and begin the day, got two waters down early!
It is now 12:00pm, so far nothing, but no discomfort either, so that is good. I DO have alot of excess gas in the morning, I am supposing it has something to do with that TEA drink in the evening. It is getting in the colon and moving things around and down I suspect. But, the gas is pretty odorless, some I guess no harm, no foul! Get it, No Harm, No Foul, oh well, anyway....I'll have an update later.
Nothing more to report today folks, the rest of the day was uneventful too, and it is now 9:00pm. Tune in tomorrow, maybe tomorrow!
