Well, it is Day 7, increased my dosages this morning, 4 parnail and a full scoop of the Colonix mix.
Nothing happened in the morning, LOTS of gas.
10:30am, WOW! Had to run up to the bathroom, came on hard! Went like a banshee! Some sunk, a LOT floated, and it looked strange, a lot like the pictures I've seen, but it is way early for me to have a coloidal pass, so I am sure it was not that. Sorry, but I must be graphic to be accountable for this log. Others contemplating this treatment will be thankful for its authenticity. Another strange thing, hardly any wiping, and very smooth passage, this thing is finally taking off I believe! More will be revealed I am sure!
ONE OTHER NOTE: This WATER thing is killing me, man that's a lot of water I am not used to drinking, but I'm doing my best to consume 8 - 8oz. of water a day!
Managed to get all my water drank, this will continue to be my challenge.
Steeping my evening tea now for 5 min. instead of 2min., along with the newly increased dosages of the other stuff.
Nothing much more eventful today, tune in tomorrow!
