Well, I got up today and had breakfast. Then guess what? I had to g to the bathroom! Off I went with my weekend Sales circulars and waited.
WENT! 3 regular size stools, they looked "hard" but otherwose normal. Maybe the plumbing is starting to clear the pipes and the process is begining?!
It's NOON, let's see how the rest of today goes. Still sticking to and doing the normal routine, following the "rules" for day 1-5, although t be honest, I really can't wait to increase my colonix intake, I just don't think a 1/2 scoop is enough for me. BUT, tomorrow is Day 6 and I increase my intake anyway. I've already started steeping the tea for 4 min. instead of the recommended 2 min.
Time will tell.....stay tuned!
Well, an uneventful day, took my flora pills and drank my tea. Tune in tomorrow!
